Holly Dunlap : This series documents unexpected connections between found objects. In Spanish, the term, chapuceado, refers to things that are shoddy and cobbled together. Small makeshift and temporary sculptures are assembled and photographed. The images celebrate the imperfect character of these humble objects, giving them a grandeur and permanence they lack in real life.
